Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
    ‍
  • 2 cups cashews
    ‍
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
    ‍
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
    ‍
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
    ‍
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
    ‍
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
    ‍
  • Dark chocolate, melted for drizzling (optional)
  • 140 g almonds
    ‍
  • 280 g cashews
    ‍
  • 140 g slivered almonds
    ‍
  • 140 g pumpkin seeds
    ‍
  • 140 g sunflower seeds
    ‍
  • 70 g chia seeds
    ‍
  • 120 ml maple syrup
    ‍
  • Dark chocolate, melted for drizzling (optional)
  • Steps

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
    ‍
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds, cashews, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. Pour over the maple syrup and mix until everything is evenly coated.
    ‍
  • Prepare for Baking: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread the granola mixture evenly across the sheet.
    ‍
  • Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
    ‍
  • Cool: Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely on the sheet. This step is crucial as it helps the bars to set and harden.
    ‍
  • Cut or Break: Once cooled, cut into bars, break into clusters, or crumble into granola as desired.
    ‍
  • Add Chocolate: If using, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bars for an extra touch of sweetness.
  • Enjoy !
