100 g pitted dates
‍

1 ½ cups whole milk (or plant-based)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

Blend Ingredients: Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Freeze Mixture: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.

Thaw and Blend: Once frozen, let the mixture thaw for a couple of minutes. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
‍

Serve: Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into serving bowls.
‍

Garnish: Garnish with crushed pistachios.
